At Raptor Airboats, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This refund policy outlines our procedures and policies regarding returns and refunds.

  1. Returns

We accept returns for most products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. Some products, such as custom-made airboats or special-order parts, may not be eligible for returns. Please contact us before making a return to confirm eligibility.

  1. Refunds

Once we receive your returned product and confirm that it meets our eligibility requirements, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

  1. Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method and insure the package for the full value of the product, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

  1. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

  1. Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a refund. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return policy.
